Sherex's High Strength Round Body Closed End Sealed Rivet Nuts are designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-clamp-load environments. Sherex's high strength round body closed end come standard with a seal that will not impact performance, and help eliminate dust and fluids from entering the base material. Sherex's High Strength round body rivet nuts design is based off of Optisert.

Install using standard hydro-pneumatic rivet nut tooling.

These new rivet nuts deliver exceptional performance when paired with Grade 8 (imperial) bolts. Ideal for industries like automotive, heavy truck, construction, and agriculture equipment, they provide a reliable, high-strength alternative to traditional weld nuts—offering comparable strength thresholds without the complexities of welding.
