Sherex Pneumatic Tools include our SSG-800 Pistol Grip Style, SSG-910 Right Angle Style, and SSG-900 Inline Style series of spin-spin tools. These rivet nut tools are suited to install rivet nuts from thread size 4-40, all the way to M12.
Each of the tools in the series uses 1/4" air inlet with a minimum air hose size of 3/8", and 5 CFM worth of air pressure.
These tools are designed for installing steel or aluminum CAL, SAK, CAH, CAO, CFT/CAT*, CFW/CAW*, and CPB style rivet nuts. *Can install these parts in stainless steel.

The FLEX-5P is a Pull to Pressure tool, allowing the part to be installed in varying material thickness, while the FLEX-5S is a Pull to Stroke tool, pulling to the same distance for every pull.
FLEX-5 installs parts ranging from M3-M10 and 4-40 - 3/8-16, can also install rivet nut studs, and pulls up to 5,000 lbs of pulling force at 90 psi.
FLEX-18 installs M8 to M16 and 5/16-18 to 3/4-10 size rivet nuts at 18,000 lbs of pulling force.
